For Next-Day Air or 2-Day Shipping of your Notary seal, please call 1-800-US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827). - Choose your Notary Supply Package from the options below — all of which include your state-required Notary bond and Notary seal.
- We will promptly eMail your order confirmation, and will rush your supplies to you via First Class mail. Items in supply packages may be shipped separately, such as your official Notary bond and seal that require additional documentation.
- If you have not already done so, complete the mandatory testing requirement by following the instructions on the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Office Web site. Fax a copy of your test results to 1-800-833-1211 or send a copy to National Notary Association, Bond Processing, 9350 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Please include your county of residence in this correspondence.
- We will rush to you, via First Class mail, your Notary bond and complete instructions on how to complete the commissioning process.

Utah Notary Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately preceding appointment and maintain residency in Utah thereafter
- If not a Utah resident, have permanent resident status under Section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- Be able to read, write, speak and understand English
